Reviews and Ratings
My stay at The Residence Hotel & Apartments was pleasant overall. The rooms are very good and spacious, but they do need some maintenance. The service was a bit lacking in professionalism, with some miscommunication issues. The location is convenient, serving its purpose well, but not without some noise disturbances. The dining experience was nice, with a variety of options available, although some facilities are shared with the neighboring Ramada hotel.
Despite the hassle at check-out and some room issues, the hotel provides a nice stay experience with friendly staff and good dining options. It offers a convenient location close to Powai Lake and IIT, Mumbai.
I recently stayed at the hotel and found the location to be a peaceful getaway in Powai next to NITIE, making it a very convenient spot for Mumbaikars seeking a home away from home. While the rooms were modern, there were some issues with noise and bathroom cleanliness. The service was a bit lacking, especially in the restaurant, but Mr Chetan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued as regular guests.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a pungent smell of paints, and the sheets were unclean. I had to call multiple times for toiletries, towels, and slippers. Despite this, the room was beautifully arranged under one roof.
The hotel offers spacious rooms ideal for gatherings, though there were some issues like a bit of a smell in the room and a malfunctioning shower. Despite these drawbacks, the room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The service excelled in providing essential items late at night and taking care of all arrangements seamlessly. The location is peaceful and convenient for those visiting the Hiranandani area. However, there were some noise disturbances and limitations on late check-out requests. The dining options cater more to Indian tastes, with a decent variety available. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money with some room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel offers a warm welcome with friendly staff and royal dishes fit for a king, but the room comfort and maintenance could use some improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located near Ramada Powai, making it a great choice for business travelers in the Powai/Saki Naka/Marol area. The rooms are spacious and offer a nice view, perfect for relaxing or having discussions like we did for about an hour before enjoying the excellent cuisine at Fusion restaurant. The friendly and professional service adds to the pleasant stay, although the surrounding area might not be as picturesque.
The hotel offers well-furnished and clean rooms, albeit with a few maintenance issues. The service is friendly and helpful, though there were some instances of discontent. The location is convenient for local amenities but may not be ideal for some travelers. The dining experience is satisfying, and the facilities are adequate.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, though spacious and newly renovated, had a pungent smell of paint and unclean sheets. The service was a bit of a letdown with rude interactions and a lack of cooperation in some instances. The location, while near Hiranandani, Powai, had its perks of being clean and green. The dining experience was satisfying with scrumptious meals, and the facilities were decent though not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very well furnished and clean, but there were some issues with the bathroom shower and overall hygiene. The noise from construction work was also bothersome. Despite some hiccups, I must thank Mr Chetan for always making us feel like valued guests whenever we visit.
